Key Responsibilities
Develop Sales Strategies – Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the Alpha Region.
2. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
3. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to help them achieve individual and team sales goals.
4. Market Analysis Conduct market research, analyze sales data, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Alpha Region market.
5. Collaboration Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral, promotional strategies, and product enhancements tailored to the Alpha Region market.
6. Reporting and Analysis Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
QualificationsÂ
Proven Sales Leadership Demonstrated success in sales management roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in the insurance or construction industry.
2. Team Management Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams, providing coaching, training, and motivation to achieve objectives.
3. Relationship Building Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong connections with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
4. Analytical Abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights to make data-driven decisions and drive sales strategies.
5. Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with a proactive approach to sales, able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and deliver results consistently.
6. Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications or professional development in sales management.

- Educate clients about Max Claimz services and benefits.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Structure:
– $50 commission for every new client acquired through your efforts.
– Earn a 25% commission on all product sales, with products ranging from $100 to $8,000.
